Kairos
The Art of Resonance

Kairos is an immersive retreat dedicated to listening, presence and the creation of a space of resonance through the sound of the harp, meditation and contemplative practices.

The retreat is part of the educational pathway of
The Resonant Way – School of Integrated Resonance
and can be attended both as an independent module and as part of the diploma program in Integrative Therapeutic Harp and Intentional Music.

Inspired by the Greek concept of Kairos — the opportune moment, the right time, the instant of transformation — this retreat offers a suspended space between music, silence, nature and relationship.

Through the sound of the harp, voice, movement, breath and deep listening, participants will be guided through an experience of regeneration and reconnection, where sound becomes a space of presence and care.

The retreat integrates:

  • contemplative listening practices;

  • intuitive improvisation and composition;

  • sound meditations;

  • spoken voice and chanting;

  • resonance and therapeutic touch practices;

  • moments of silence, rest and integration;

  • musical sharing with the local community.

The surrounding nature — the sea, the wind, the light and the landscape of Monte San Bartolo — becomes an integral part of the experience, creating an environment that supports inner listening and transformation.
